Sera Labs CBD Oil Far too many of our program related actions today are based on outdated beliefs, rather than the available scientific evidence. We have already addressed the outdated belief surrounding motivation to change. Another outdated belief is that wellness is just about physical health. As noted in the beginning of the article, wellness is multi-dimensional and all the dimensions impact employee engagement and subsequent performance. And engagement is our goal, is it not? Employees and organizations are complex systems and not mechanistic in construct. Individual and organizational change requires addressing the technical, as well as the emotional sides of change and not just fixing or replacing the "broken" part.

Call worksite wellness whatever you want. Sera Labs CBD Oil Program effectiveness and success come from the application or execution of the concept, not the name of the concept.

Only about 50% of today's worksite wellness programs measure what they do or conduct any type of program evaluation. And you do want your program to be making a difference, correct?

The type of measures or metrics you use to evaluate your program will depend upon the purpose behind the "why" your worksite wellness program exists or why it is being created. Essentially, programs are created for one of the following three reasons:

• To reduce employer costs, especially health and healthcare related costs

• To impact employee productivity in a positive way

• To create a best place to work

Within these three reasons, program metrics and outcomes can be classified into five distinct types:

• Psychosocial metrics

• Individual behavior change

• Clinical and functional health status

• Productivity, Satisfaction and quality of life measures

• Financial measures

These five types can all be described as being measures of your program's value, or value measures. Value measures go well beyond the more common ROI (return-on-investment) measure which is just a financial measure. Value is commonly viewed as the being the greatest benefit received at the least cost.

Value can be seen from a number of different perspectives including: the value of the overall program, the value of each individual program component, the value to the employer and the value to each employee. Since perspectives vary, it is important to recognize that the value proposition for each perspective will of course be different and will need to be examined separately.

The value proposition, therefore, consists of what is offered in relationship to how the offerings are perceived in relationship to needs, wants and desires. The value is derived in the exchange between the employee, employer and the wellness program.

Psychosocial Measures

These measures relate to the psychological and social determinants of health and wellbeing, particularly how they influence behavior. These measures impact a wide range of health, functioning, wellbeing and quality of life outcomes.

Individual Behavior Change

Individual behaviors play a huge role in an individual's health and health status. Many worksite wellness program interventions focus on changing individual behaviors such as substance use, diet, and physical activity. Program metrics would include measuring changes in these behaviors.>>>> https://www.supplementsmegamart.com/sera-labs-cbd-oil/
